CBT has a large evidence base supporting its use to assist with a wide range of emotional difficulties and everyday life struggles.


I specialise in contemporary CBT approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness – Based Cognitive Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy in addition to traditional CBT approaches.


In this way I can tailor Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy interventions to suit your personal needs and preferences whether you are new to therapy or have tried many times.


I offer face to face sessions in and around Nottinghamshire and by Skype for those that

are further afield
